Ingredients
1.5 ponds of chicklen breast, without skind, cut in large dices1 medium onion, chopped1 tbsp of olive oil
Directions
Cut the chicken and chop the onion.
Heat the oil and fry the onion until it turns golden color. Add the chicken and let it fry/cook, addind some water if necessary.
When the chicken is cooked, divide in 3 portions and freeze.


To make a 'chinese chicken' and vegetables and shoyu.
