I used this receipe for the base of smoothie as I just wanted a single serving. I used 1/2 C frozen blueberries, 1/2 C 1% milk, 1/2 C yogurt, dash of vanilla, and 1single splenda. 146 calories. Very refreshing! - 7/27/09

I tried it, subbing blueberry yogurt for the vanilla because that's what I had. It was delicious. I'll make it again. - 12/17/08

Scrumptious! I froze the leftover mixture and then softened it 20-30 seconds in the microwave. Scooped it into a desert dish and ate it like sherbet! - 2/16/10

I chilled 1 whole orange overnight and used that instead of OJ. Plus I added a scoop of protein to give it an extra boost! Delisious! Thanks for the recipe!!! - 3/5/10

I loved the tip to use dates bcus splenda and sucrose allergies. I dragged the blender out & will never put it back. Fills me up when I get that "sweet craving" plus fiber. Pears with Yoplait peach yogurt & handful of Quaker oatmeal. Delicious! - 2/3/10

Great recipe, I substituted the milk with 1/2 frozen banana and added 2 ice cubes. The banana makes it really creamy! Thanks for sharing! - 3/11/10

Wonderful I was looking for low calorie low carb smoothies...cut orange juice out and put a drop of orange essential oil in? - 8/11/09

Instead of using the big, full size blender, I purchased a Magic Bullet. I use it everyday to make a single serving smoothie and keep portion sizes in control. Perfect to take with "on the road" too! - 5/19/10

I didn't add the milk and also needed to find a way to get almonds into my diet, but can't eat them whole due to to dental issues at this time. so I bought slivered almonds and threw in a handful of those to blend with the other ingredients. I thought it was awesome! - 4/14/10

Followed the first variation for a single serving. I must say, its very good, even when you forget the milk (just worked nightshift, what can I say). Yummier with the milk. - 4/20/10
