Rosee Sauce

1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 medium onions, diced3 cloves garlic minced1 tsp dried Marjoram1/2 tsp dried basil1 jar Tomato Sauce (14 oz)5 oz plain joghurt3 tbsp Philadelphia Light cream cheese
1. Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan.
2. Add garlic and onions and cook until onions are translucent on medium heat. (add a little water if necessary, if onions begin to stick)
3. Add basil and marjoram
4. Add tomato sauce
5. Let simmer for 5 minutes
6. Stir in yoghurt
7. Add cream cheese and stir until melted through.
8. Let simmer for another 5 minutes or until thickened� if it is not thick enough, mix together 1 tsp flour with a little milk and add it to the sauce and simmer for another 2 minutes.
Serve over whole wheat pasta!
