Cranberry = Pineapple Salad

Ingredients
12 oz bag fresh Cranberries1 large orange to zest and add pulp2 c crushed canned pineapple2 pkgs sugar free strawberry jello4 packets Splenda1 c hot water2 c cold water
Directions
Wash and pick over Cranberries with cool water, remove stems and place in saucepan.

Add the zest from the orange and then section the orange and add to the berries.

Cook on low heat to cook berries and orange. Add the crushed Pineapple once the berries starts to soften.

Add Splenda and the 2 packages of Sugar free Jello. Add 1 cup hot water and stir well. Add up to 2 cups cold water

Put mixture in serving dish and refridgerate till set.
