Maria's Low Fat Bread Stuffing

Ingredients
turkey sausageonionmushroomsceleryblack pepperfresh sage10 slices flaxseed whole wheat bread(moistened and hand shredded into pieces)egg beaterscanola oilfat free low sodium chicken broth
Directions
spray a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Cook sausage until browned, breaking into tiny pieces. Remove from pan and set aside. Add 1 tsp canola oil to skillet, add onions, celery, mushrooms and saute' until tender. In a large bowl, combine bread with cooked sausage, onion,celery,mushroom mixture, sage and black pepper. Whisk egg beaters with chicken broth, pour over stuffing mixture. Toss well to coat.

Spoon stuffing into a 13 x 9 baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes, or until browned. (or put in turkey just before cooking, and let it cook with the turkey).
