I made it for my granddaughter to drink on her way to high school. She loved it and I had the little that was left and loved it. I will make it again. - 3/3/09

it was okay as a smoothie but i froze mine again and it's better as a frozen slush kind of thing. i don't think there was enough flavors i mostly tasted banana and the coconut flakes. it was easy to make and clean up ...the kids love it..healthy variation to icecream and fruit in your diet!!! - 6/10/07

This was refreshing and delicious! I omitted the coconut because I don't like it and the orange juice. I added 2 ice cubes and a TBS of honey...it was great! - 2/24/10

Can't wait to make it. Hubby & I make these adding 2 scoops of protein powder. One scoop per person. EAS brand is very good & increases your protein intake. - 10/21/09

My grocery store didn't have frozen pinapple, so I bought a can of chunk pineapple, drained them and put them in the freezer. Will this do? - 1/18/10

Great without the coconut. When I use plain yogurt, I add a tablespoon of honey. Strawberries kick the smoothies up a notch! - 4/29/10

Good to cool me down but the taste was not the best. I tasted too much oj and I did not like the coconut pieces. I think if I add more banana and maybe a little more pineapple it will be better. Well I guess I will try again.

This was the first time I tried a smoothie and I loved it. I had no idea that you could freeze bananas either. That was a great tip. Very refreshing and it is extra good as a slush. - 9/27/09

To MOLLYNC - just start experimenting with the fruits that you CAN eat - smoothies are fun and can turn out different every time if you throw in whatever you have on hand. I have been starting mine with a cup of brewed green tea and then add fruit, yogurt, a little flaxseed, etc. Have fun with it! - 8/28/09

I poured this into ice trays and froze. Now when I want a slushy, I just pop the "Tropical" ice cubes in my blender and I have the best summer drink ever! - 4/29/10
