Butterscotch "Baskins Robbins" Pie (Thanksgiving)

Self Rising Flour (1 Cup)Chopped Pecans (1/2 CupButter (1 Stick)Cream Cheese (1 8ox Package)Cool Whip (1 tub)Confectioners Sugar (1 Cup)Jello Butterscotch Pudding2 cups whole milk (COLD)
Soften stick of butter, combine with 1 cup flour and 1/2 cup pecans and mix together. Pat into bottom of pie pan or deep casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Mix softened cream cheese with 1 cup confectioner sugar and 1/2 tub Cool Whip (I use mixer on high). Spread over COOLED crust. Prepare pudding according to package directions (with wire whisk) and pour over cream cheese layer. Put in refrigerator til set, then top with remaining 1/2 tub Cool Whip and garnish with pecan pieces.
