Aunt Tula's Mexican Cornbread

Ingredients
2 cups self-rising cornmeal1 cup milk1 cup grated cheese1/3 cup oil3 eggs1 onion1 can creamed corn1/2 cup jalapeno peppers
Directions
Mix cornmeal, milk, oil, & eggs together. Add creamed corn, onion, cheese and jalapeno peppers. Mix well. Heat two oiled cast iron skillets in a 400 degree oven. Divide mix evenly between the two skillets and cook for 35 minutes.
