Thanksgiving Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
10 Med Potatoes1/2 c lowfat sour cream3 Tbsp I can't believe it's not butter light3/4 c chicken broth5 oz. nonfat evaporated milk1tsp garlic crushed
Directions
peel and boil potatoes until they can be pierced with a fork, Drain and return to pot. WIth a masher or electric mixer add all ingredients and blend throughly. Makes about 12 servings. Enjoy!
