5 egg whites room temperature2/3 cup splenda4 tsp cornstarch1/2 tsp white vinegar1 tsp vanilla extract1/2 small container coolwhip-fat free2 kiwi fruit
preheat oven to 250.
put egg whites and vinegar in glass bowl. beat the egg whites until fluffy. add splenda slowly. when egg whites are very stiff add the cornstarch and v anilla beating a few more times. don't overbeat.
wet parchment paper, crinkle it up, line a baking sheet with it. mound the egg white mixture in the shape of a small cake in the center of the paper.
bake for 1 hr. turn oven off and leave in oven for another hour.
remove from paper and put on a plate. cover with cool whip and slice kiwi fruit on top.
