Ingredients
Mung beans, sprouted, - half a cupSpearmint, 3 tbsp Coconut, raw, .5 cup, shredded Green Chile pepper - 4 medium onesCurry leaves- 1 sprigSalt, - as reqd
Directions
Soak Green gram overnight and wrap in a muslin cloth to get the sprouted grams. Grind shredded coconut, green chilly, salt and curry leaves coarsely. Mix with the sprouted grams and serve.

    Thanks Sonpari :) yeah.. this is a basic recipe.. add anything else according to your taste!! sometimes I even add yoghurt.. lol.. :) or sometimes chopped onions! :)
