Chicken Rollups

1 package Pillsbury reduced fat crescent rolls8 oz cooked chicken breast, shredded1 can reduced fat cream of chicken soup1/2 cup skim milk8 oz shredded part skim mozzarella cheese
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Spray 7 x 12" baking dish with nonstick cooking spray
2. Separate crescent rolls into 8 individual triangles.
3. Place equal amounts of chicken breast meat and shredded cheese (reserving some of each) into center of each dough triangle, roll loosely starting with wide ends. Place evenly spaced into casserole dish.
4. Mix soup and milk thoroughly, stir in any unused chicken meat. Pour mixture over cresent rolls being sure to thoroughly cover all rolls.
5. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese.
6. Bake 30-45 minutes until cheese is bubbly and rolls are baked.
**Please note - the calories and fat were derived from Pillsbury Grand Crescent rolls - the reduced fat rolls are not in this data base so actual recipe is probably lower in calories and fat. Makes 8 servings of one roll each. Delicious served with cooked noodles or rice. Children and adults love these! I usually double the soup/milk mixture because my kids like to use it over their rice or noodles.
