Tangy Lemon Viniagrette Dressing

Ingredients
Juice and zest of 1 lemon1 tsp. honey mustard (or dijon mustard)1 tbsp. red wine vinegar1 tbsp. olive oil1 pinch of splenda (or sugar)salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl. Pour over salad and toss.

This recipe makes about 4 tbsp of dressing. Use for 1 large (4 to 5 cups) salad.

*Almost all the calories come from the olive oil. If you can use less, by all means do so.* : )
