Cauliflower Casserole

Ingredients
1 head cauliflower1 cup light sour cream1 cup reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese1/2 cup corn flakes1/4 cup chopped bell pepper1/4 cup chopped red pepper1 tsp salt1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Directions
Cut cauliflower into florets and cook until crisp tender and drain. Add sour cream, cheese, corn flakes, peppers and salt. Combine. Put in baking dish and the sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered in 325 oven for 30 minutes.
