Turkey Souffle

2 cups chopped turkey6 slices 35 calorie bread (I didn't find the right one so had to put in 3 for the recipe calculator to be correct)1/2 cup chopped onion1/2 cup chopped green pepper1/2 cup finely chopped celery1/2 cup fat free mayo1/2 cup egg beaters1 can no fat cream of mushroon soup4 slices fat free cheese
Remember you really have 6 slices of 35 calorie bread!
Cut up two slices of bread and the crusts off the other 4 slices into cubes and sprinkle in the bottom of an 8 inch square pan. Combine turkey, vegetables, mayonnaise and spoon over the cubes. Arrange the remaining four slices on tope of the turkey. Combine egg substitute and milk. Pour over all and chill 1 hour or over night. spread can of condensed cream of mushroom soup over all and bake at 325 for 1 hour or until set. Lay the cheese slices over the last few minutes until melted.
