12 links (1 pkg) Fully Cooked Chicken Sausage (with Feta Cheese and Spinach) Sliced3 green peppers, seeded and sliced2 medium onions sliced4 Tablespoons Balsmic Vinegar2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
In a large skillet place sliced sausage and barely cover with water. Add Balsamic Vinegar. Bring to a boil allowing water to evaporate. Your sausage will have a nice crust to it. Remove from pan and keep warm.
Add olive oil. Saute pepper and onions until soft. Add sausage and mix together.
Season as necessary
