1/2 c teff flour1/3 c flour 1Tb brown sugar1/2 ts salt1/2 ts baking powder1/8 ts baking soda2 eggs beaten2 c lowfat buttermilk
Sift flour, baking powder and soda and salt together.
Pulverize brown sugar and add. Combine wet ingredients in another bowl then add all at once to dry mix. Stir until smooth. Ladle 2 Tb batter into lightly greased skillet on medium heat, swirl to even out batter. Cook 1 minute or until browned on bottom. Invert onto paper towel. Serve warm.
