Cucumber Dill Dip

Ingredients
Cream Cheese, 1 cup softenedMayonnaise, regular (mayo), 1 cupCucumber (peeled, seeded, chopped), 2 mediumGreen Onions (scallions), 2 tsp. slicedDill weed, fresh, 1 tsp. snippedHot Pepper Sauce, .5 tsp
Directions
Peel, seed and chop cucumbers. Slice 2 tsp of green onions. Snip 1 tsp fresh dill weed or use 1/2 tsp. dried.

Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients until well mixed. Refrigerate overnight for best flavor.

Makes 24 two-tablespoon servings.
