1 cup steel cut oatmeal4 cups water1/4 cup splenda brown sugar1.5 oz raisins1 tsp vanilla extract2 scoops of BSN cinnamon roll protein powder
Mix all ingredients and place in slow cooker. Stir all ingredients. Stir periodically to keep protein powder from clumping up.
