Turkey Rice Soup

Ingredients
2 cups chopped/diced turkey (we used white meat)32 oz. Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free2 cups white rice1 cup carrots, chopped1 cup celery, chopped1/2 cup onion, chopped1 tbls. black pepperspices - season to taste
Directions
Chop turkey, celery, carrots and onions. Add to 5 qt. stock pot. Add rice and chicken broth, pepper and cerlery seed. Season to taste. Bring to a boil and simmer approximately 1 hour, or until vegetables are done. Also great in the crock pot. Makes 8 1-cup servings.
