Ingredients
1 lb. extra lean ground beef 1 can Ranch Style beans (can substitute Black Beans if you like - I've made both ways and they both taste great)1 can Ro-Tel (I use Mild but use hot if you like things spicy)1 can Minestrone Soup Salt and Pepper to TasteCheese and Tortilla Chips optional
Directions
Brown lean ground beef and drain excess fat. Stir in Ranch Style beans, Ro-Tel, and Minestrone Soup and cook on Med to Med-High (keep it at a light boil) covered for 20 minutes. Serve by itself or garnish with chips and cheese.
