Scallop Scampi w/Angle Hair Pasta

Ingredients
1.5 lbs of sea scallops1/4 cup butter1/4 cup Extra light olive oil1/4 minced onion1 tablespoon minced garlic1/4 cup dry white wine2 tablespoons lemon juice4 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Rinse scallops under cold water and cut in half. Drain on paper towel, pat dry. In a large skillet, heat butter and oil. Saute onion and garlic until translucent. Add wine, lemon juice, parsley, and seasonings. Drop in scallops and cook about 5 minutres or until firm. Transfer to ovenproof platter. Broil briefly until tops are browned.
