Ingredients
1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour1 Cup White Flour1 tsp Salt1 tsp All Spice1 tsp Ground Ginger1 tsp Cinnamon2 tsp Baking Soda3/4 Cup Low Fat Margarine2/3 Cup Sugar1/3 Cup SplendaEggs, 2 small1/4 Cup MolassesSugar (for rolling)
Directions
Sift dry ingredients. Set aside. Cream margarine until fluffy. Gradually add sugar, beat well. Add eggs & Molasses. Mix well. Stir in flour mixture. Shape 1 heaping teaspoon of dough into a ball, roll in sugar, place 2" apart on ungreased baking sheet, flatten with fork. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Makes 62 cookies.
