Rich Pumpkin Custard

Ingredients
1 15 oz. can pumpkin1 14 oz can sweetened condensed nonfat milk1/2 cup egg substitute1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp ground ginger1/2 tsp ground cloves
Directions
Preheat oven to 425. Spray a 8-9" round or square glass baking dish with non-stick spray.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into prepared dish. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350. Bake another 20-30 minutes until set.
