1 TBSP olive oil2 TBSP Jolly Time Yellow Popcorn (kernels)1 TBSP sugar
Get a medium size pot with lid... put stove on HI seting....
Put oil and kernels in pot and stir until the first kernel pops...
quickly pour sugar in and stir well until the second kernel pops...
then cover the pot with the lid and shake the covered pot every three seconds until kernels are all popped...
Note: the more you shake your popping kernels the better coated with sugar they will be...
Pour you popcorn into a bowl and salt lightly...
Let cool then serve!
Serves two!
I usually make this for myself and put half in a ziplock bag for later.... very satifying late night treat with a hot cup of tea.

A great treat w/ just a hint of sweet! I used coconut oil instead of olive oil. Took the hint below and added 3 kernels to the oil, waited for them to pop before adding in the sugar and remaining kernels. Yum! Tried w/ brown sugar too for a caramel corn version. Prefer white sugar. - 3/17/13
