Laurie's chicken stew

Ingredients
4 chicken thighs4 potatoes4 carrots2 onions2 tlbsp minced garlic2 tsp old bay seasonings1 can cream of chicken soup10 cups of water
Directions
add all ingredients into pot (except cream of chicken soup) bring to a boil then reduce the heat to simmer then simmer for 3 hours. just before serving add the cream of chicken soup stirring to desolve. now serve piping hot.

    I will be making this!! One question though...the chicken thighs, are they skinned and precooked or left whole and cooked in stew? I guess you could even use boneless chicken breast? Thanks for sharing this recipe! - 12/3/08

    i left them whole and cooked them in the stew, any kind of chicken will work. enjoy
