Ingredients
4 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar1 Tablespoon sesame oil1/2 teaspoon ginger (dry or fresh grated fine)1 ounce orange juice (fresh squeezed is best)2 ounces of waterDash of soy sauce.
Directions
Add all ingredients, stir well until the ginger is well integrated and nothing is separated. Pour into salad and toss thouroughly.
