Feta Chicken Salad Pita Pockets

Ingredients
1 can chunk chicken breast in water (9.75 ozs)2 stalks celery, diced1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced1/4 cp red onion, diced6 tbl fat free mayo2 ozs fat free feta cheese, crumbled2 tsp dried dill weedsalt & pepper to taste6 leaves of lettuce3 whole wheat pita pockets (Weight Watchers or similar)
Directions
Mix all ingredients (except pitas and lettuce) together in a bowl. Chill or serve immediately.

Cut pita pockets in half.
Add 1 lettuce leaf to each half and spoon chicken salad mixture into pocket, dividing evenly.

Makes 3 whole pita sandwiches. (6 halves)
