Tess' Favorite Cranberry Nut Dessert

Ingredients
1 cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour3/4 cup sugar1/4 tsp salt2 cups whole cranberries from fresh or frozen1/2 cup chopped walnuts1/2 cup Smart Balance Light, melted3 egg whites1/2 tsp almond extract
Directions
Grease 9" pie plate.
Combine flour, sugar and salt.
Add cranberries and walnuts and toss to coat.
Stir in wet ingredients.
Spread into pie plate.
Bake 350 deg for 40 mins.

Makes 8 servings

** serve warm with at sprinkle of powdered sugar for a delightful treat. (Or with whipped cream/ice cream for added calories. LOL)
