Veggie Soup

Ingredients
Onions, raw, 4 large Potato, raw, 12 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Celery, cooked, 8 stalks Turnips, 1 large Peas, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) Green Beans (snap), 4 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 4 cup kernels Garlic, 6 clove Vegetable Broth, 15 cup Pepper, black, 1 tspSalt, 2 dash
Directions
chop and add all ingredients and cook on a low boil for 1 hour.. simmer for an additional 3 hours+. The longer it simmers the better it tastes!

Makes two large pots full and approximately 40 cups.

1cup per serving.
