2 cans tomato soup3 pd. beef tip round steak2 cups chopped onions2 cups chopped celery1 cup flourlight salt to tastepepper to taste3 tbsp light olive oil
Flour meat, season to taste and brown in Olive oil, add to pressure cooker. Mix soup with 2 cups of water. Add onions and celery on top of meat and add soup. Cook 25 minutes in pressure cooker. It makes it own gravy. Can do this in Crock pot. Just mix all ingredients. Cook for about 8 hours on low.
