Best Rice Pudding

Ingredients
8 cups non fat milk10 ounces nonfat evaporaed milk (canned)16 tsp splenda1 1/2 cups cooked rice2tbsp cinnamon1 tsp vanilla3 boxes raisins(optional)( cooked in water to plump)
Directions
In a 2 quart baking dish put in milks, add splenda, vanilla, cinnamon, mix, then add cooked rice, and stir until blended. Add raisins.
Bake in 325 degree oven for 20 minutes, stir, bake another 15 minutes, stir, Bake until skin forms, if desired.
Set on wire rack to cool slightly.
Makes 16 1/2 cup servings
