1.1/3 cup water 80*f8 tsp olive oil4 tsp salt3.1/3 cups bread flour2 tsp active dry yeast2 tlbs ground flax seed2 tlbs wheat germ
i use my bread maker to mix dough. my machine takes 1 hr 20 min.
place dough on lightly floured surgace. divide into 10 pieces. shape into smooth balls.
place 5 balls per large baking sheet.
let rise abother 20 min.
with fingertips flatten each ball into a 6 in. circle.
bake at 500* f for 5 min or until puffed and tops begin to brown.
cut in half.
this recipe makes 10 whole pitas.
