1 packet Ortega Chili Seasoning1 can Ro*Tel Diced Tomatoes2 cans Hunts Fire Roasted Tomatoes3 cans Swanson Vegetable broth2 cans Dark Red Kidney Beans, drained & rinsed1 can Pinto Beans, drained & rinsed1 lbs. ground bison1small onion, diced2 medium celery stalks, diced
Brown bison with diced onions and celery. Add chili seasoning and mix well. Add tomatoes, beans and broth. Additional spices may be used according to your preference. Allow to simmer for at least a half hour to blend flavors. Serve with toppings of your choice (ie. sour cream, shredded cheese, diced raw onions, etc.)
