Spicy Chicken rice soup

Ingredients
4 cups chicken broth10 oz cooked cubed chicken2/3 cup celery, chopped2/3 cup carrots, chopped1/2 cup green pepper, chopped1/2 cup onion, chopped1/3 cup long grain brown rice1/4 cup fresh cilantro1/2 tsp oregano1/2 tsp pepper1/4 tsp cumin1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
Directions
Bring all ingredients to a boil. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes, or until vegetables and rice are tender.

Makes 4 1.5 cup servings.
