Curry-Honey-Mustard Turkey Salad

Ingredients
4 cups cubed turkey1 apple, chopped1/4 cup red onion, chopped fine3/4 cup honey mustard1 Tbsp. curry powder1/4 cup no fat yogurt or sour cream 1/4 cup raisins1 tsp. cayenne peppersalt and black pepper to taste1/4 cup slivered almonds
Directions
Mix together the turkey, apple, mustard, curry, yogurt and raisins.
Adjust taste with cayenne pepper, salt and black pepper.
Garnish with the slivered almonds.
