Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef1 whole onion, diced3 cloves garlic8 oz tomato sauce1/4 cup wine (red or white)1 packed cup of raisins1 small jar of green onions, with pimentos
Directions
Brown the ground beef with the onion and garlic.

Add all other ingredients, allowing to cook down and raisins to plump.

Serve with red beans and over rice.
