Wilted Garlic Spinach

Ingredients
1 bunch fresh spinach2 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil4 cloves garlic, crushedSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Triple wash fresh spinach, pat with paper towels.

Heat oil in a large saucepan and sautee garlic until fragrant and golden.

Fill pan with spinach and turn until wilted. Add more spinach to pan as space allows until all the spinach has been added.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve.
