Hungarian Chicken Paprika (Stew)

Ingredients
2 Whole Chicken Breasts - 4 halves, no skin and boned1 Tbsp Olive Oil1 C. Onions, diced2 Cloves Garlic, Diced1 C. Green Pepper, Diced3 Tbsp Hungarian Paprika1 tsp black pepper1.5 C. Chicken Broth, low sodium.5 C. Yogurt
Directions
Heat oil in large pot and saute onions until soften, add garlic, green peppers and black pepper, and saute for another 5 minutes. Add the chicken to sear and sprinkle the paprika on the chicken while doing so. Add the heated chicken broth just to cover the chicken, and simmer for 30 minutes or until cooked. You can at this point stop if you want to make the dish ahead of time (just remember to refrigerate until ready to heat up). Just before serving, add the yogurt and gently simmer for a few minutes. Enjoy!
