Ingredients
1 lb of lean ground beef6 potatoes(medium)1/4 cup milk1/4 tablespoon margarine1 can of cream corn1 can of whole cornseasonings your choice
Directions
brown the beef in your choice of seasonings. Boil and mash the potatoes using the milk and margarine. Preheat oven to 375.
In a casserole dish layer the beef, potatoes and both cans of corn. Cover with tin foil. Bake until browned.
