Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

3C Quaker Oats1 1/3C Whole Wheat Flour1 tsp Baking Soda1 tsp Baking Powder0.5 tsp Salt1C Splenda Brown Sugar Blend1C Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking1C I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread2 large Eggs1 tsp Vanilla Extract2 C Semisweet chocolate chips 1C natural peanut butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together oats, flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
Blend sugars, butter, and peanut butter on med-high until pale and fluffy (about 5 minutes). Mix in eggs and vanilla.
Reduce speed to low and slowly add dry ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips.
Lightly grease cookie sheet (spray is preferrable) and drop large tablespoon of dough, spacing cookies approx. 2 inches apart.
Bake cookies until golden brown and just set, approx. 10-13 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
