Cranberry Orange Relish

Ingredients
12 oz fresh cranberries (one bag)1/4 c. candied orange peel1 medium tangerine2 Tbsp. sugar1 c. water
Directions
1. Either juice the tangerine, or peel well and remove the seeds.

2. Add tangerine, cranberries, and candied orange peel to a small sauce pan. Add water and heat to a simmer.

3. Cover and simmer until all of the berries have burst (about 10-15 minutes).

4. Add the sugar and simmer a few more minutes.
