5 Cup Salad

Ingredients
1 c. sour cream, reduced fat1 c. pineapple (I like crushed, but you can use chunks if you like)1 c. mandarin orange slices1 c. colored mini marshmallows1 c. coconut (I used raw in the calculation)
Directions
Makes 10 half-cup servings

Drain fruit and mix all ingredients in medium bowl. Chill and serve.
