1 can Hormel 97% Fat Free Breast of Chicken in water 2 slices of 100% Whole Wheat Bread2 slices Sargento Reduced Fat Swiss Cheese1/2 tbsp Hellmann's Low Fat Mayonnaise2 Baby carrots, grated or chopped to your liking3 Grape Tomatoes, chopped1 tbsp Scallions, chopped1 or 2 tbsp Sweet corndash of pepper dash of garlic powder
Makes 2 open sandwiches
Drain water from can of chicken. In a bowl mix chicken, carrots, scallions, corn, tomatoes, mayo and season to taste. Toast the bread. Put a slice of cheese on each slice of bread, then spread the chicken salad respectively atop the cheese. Enjoy!
