Green Chili

Ingredients
3 tablespoons olive oil 3 cloves garlic2 27 oz. cans of hatch green chili's1 27 oz. can of tomitillo's1cup pork cubed2 tablespoons ground cumin or to your liking1/2 onion10 fresh roasted chili's peeled12 oz can of cream of chicken
Directions
put olive oil in frying pan with garlic and onion. then add the cubed pork. while this is cooking put the green chili's and tomitillo's in food processor and pulse a few times. put everything in 6 quart sauce pan. bake in oven at 200 degrees. for at least 2 hours or over night
