Mexican Chicken and Rice Dish

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups cooked chicken1 cup salsa1/2 cup chopped onion1/2 cup chopped green pepper4 cups cooked rice1 can tomatoes1 pkg taco seasoning
Directions
saute onion and pepper add salsa and chicken until warmed

mix rice, tomatoes and seasoning with above

top with lettuce, olives, cheese, sour cream, etc...
