Ingredients
1/2 cup of frozen blueberries1/2 cup of frozen strawberries1/2 cup of crushed or cubed ice1/2 cup of nonfat milk1/2 cup of nonfat yogurt
Directions
Add ingredients to blender one at a time. Blend until smooth and rich. Enjoy!

    Greek Yogurt (Fage) 1 cup 23 grams of protein
    if to thick add a little water on weighter watchers its 3 points

    I don't add the ice, because the frozen fruit makes it thick enough. I'll also add protein powder and fiber powder, for a filling breakfast or snack. - 7/22/08
