Mom's Stuffing

1 Turkey-Sauage link removed from casing1/2 lb. Ground turkey1/4 c. each: chopped onion, carrot, celery1 hard boiled egg1 garlic clove1/2 Chicken bouillon2 c. Pepperidge Farm White and Whole Wheat stuffing.1/4 c. grated cheeseseason with pepper, etc.
Prep:
Chop veggies.
Boil egg
chop up bread in food processor
Preheat oven, 400 degrees.
Saute Sausage and ground turkey on olive oil until brown. Drain, and set poultry aside.
Using some oil from meat plus 1/4 of chicken bullion, saute garlic, chopped carrots, onion, and celery. Add hard boiled egg.
Season with parsley. Put aside.
In a corning dish mix meat, veggies, bread and grated cheese. Add pepper and other seasonings to suit taste.
Bake for about 45 minutes, or until toasted.
