Ingredients
2 lbs chuck steak thinly sliced1 orange juiced1 lemon juiced1 lime juiced5 cloves garlic minced3 tblsp cilantro chopped1 small onion slivered1 tblsp cumin2 jalapeno sliced1/2 bottle light beer
Directions
combine all ingredients except meat mix well in large bowl or bag

add meat marinate at least 6 hours

saute in pan or cook on grill serve 3 ounces each

    I wound up mixing all of the ingredients for the marinade together and then baked it on 300 for about 3 hours. I let it cool and then pulled it apart with two forks for nachos! YUMMY! - 8/13/09

    wow thaks for the recipe, its just like they make it in mexico. I like it with the beer. the alcohol cooks off but make the meat tender & juice. I'm making this on Friday. - 12/9/08

    Its optional I use it because it helps tenderize and gives a nice flavor but I have made it without and its just as good
