Ingredients
2 Tbsp. butter2 stalks celery, chopped1/2 medion, diced1/2 C mushrooms, sliced3 oz. skinless, boneless chicken breast, baked and diced4 TBSP flour1C 1% milk
Directions
Melt butter in frying pan, saute celery, onion until wilted, add mushrooms and continue cooking for one minute more. Add flour and milk to make a white sauce, stirring constantly. Add chicken and heat thoroughly. Serve over toasted lite bread. Makes 5 servings
